Midnight Mass (2021)

Mike Flanaganmade a name for himself by telling luxuriant horror story for Netflix , andMidnight Massmight be his in force work . The serial publication tells the story of a priest who arrives in a small town and enthrall the community , in part by convincing them that they truly can inhabit forever . Of naturally , there ’s a terrible Mary Leontyne Price for this promise of ageless life history , one that Jesus wouldneverapprove of .

Like so many of Flanagan ’s shows , though , the series also harness the big possible interrogation around end and religion , and come up with its own understanding for why things are the way they are .
