While we can argue all 24-hour interval about which console is best , there ’s onePlayStation 5feature that no other organization can claim : customization . On the original PS5 , players could easily snap off the system ’s faceplate and replace them with newfangled one . Sony would by nature keep that feature article for its slender PS5 model , creating an entirelynew transmission line of console covers , take off with itsDeep Earth Collection .
I did n’t conceive much of that initially , debate that it was an expected feature of speech . That is , until I wrick my PS5 into my own custom , “ special edition ” Mario - themed cabinet .

As it turns out , the slimmer PS5 has some secret customization potentiality that ’s now exculpated with the release of its first official back . Unlike the original PS5 , the newfangled version really has four unlike faceplate . There are two on each side of the system , which can be crack off . When you buy a cover kit , it comes with a set of five panels ( accounting for whether or not youhave a disc drive ) . The secret mogul of that design ? you may get very originative with it .

The hypothesis are amazingly exciting here .
For now , though , I ’m sticking with my Mario - theme PS5 until Nintendo ’s attorney pry it out of my hand .
