Throughout the weekend , Digital Trends has been on the ground atSummer Game Fest . We ’ve had the chance to demo tons of upcoming games , many of which you could take about right now . There ’s still lot of game we ’re hope to get hands - on with over the next few day , including the upcomingSonic X Shadow Generations . But before that , we got hand on another transonic delicacy at the show .
I drank Shadow the Hedgehog ’s milkshake . I drank it up .
As part of the public press and Lord outcome , Sega and Atlus did n’t just play demos for upcoming games likeMetaphor : ReFantazio . It also set up a dessert truck for attendees full of sweets theme around its upcoming games . Shin Megami Tenseifans could knock back some flavored icing , whileMonkey Ballbrought attendees the gift of frozen banana . But , of course , this is the year of Shadow . The antihero had to make his presence felt at the Summer Game Fest Sega sweet motortruck . The people would have riot .

A menu outside the truck told me that I would n’t be capable to Chaos Control myself when I slurped down Shadow ’s cooky and cream shake ( topped with a swirl of red velvet ) . That sound risky , but I figured that nothing could be as dangerous as givingSonic Frontiersa disconfirming reviewand enrage Sonic ’s fast fan base .
So how well does the Shadow Shake represent its namesake hog . I have assorted tactile sensation . by nature , it ’s a delicious shake that pay tribute to the case ’s color dodging , though the cookies and cream tone feels at odds with Shadow ’s pure black quills — though I infer it would n’t be legal for Sega to service attendees a glass of steam hot black pigment .
